Carolina Reclaimed, LLC is a North Carolina–based workshop specializing in handcrafted pieces and custom builds. Our sister branch, CR Stagecraft, focuses on commercial and event fabrication. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” include both Carolina Reclaimed and CR Stagecraft, where applicable.

Availability is not guaranteed; some pieces are made to order or offered in limited quantities.

Custom Orders
Custom orders require approval and may include separate terms regarding deposits, timelines, and design approvals. Once a project has been approved and work has begun, deposits are non-refundable and go toward the final total cost. Any changes to design, materials, or scope must be discussed and confirmed in writing.

Pricing and Payments
Our prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax and shipping or delivery costs (if applicable) will be added or quoted prior to invoicing. Commercial or large custom projects require deposits or milestone payments as outlined in the project agreement.

Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
We take great care in packaging and handling your items. Once an order leaves our workshop, transit times and delivery conditions may vary. Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and notifying us within 48 hours of any visible damage or issue.

Returns and Refunds
Because each piece is handcrafted and often made to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue so we can determine the best resolution.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Carolina Reclaimed or its affiliates. You may not use or reproduce any of it without prior written permission.
